First of all, was very impressed by the packaging. Each piece was well protected from shipping damage and all well covered. I have ordered 2 of the chrome finish bathtub Faucets for my new home from the Fontana Showers. This Bavaria Floor Stand Faucet looks great, functions very well and fits perfectly. They are half the price when compared to other specialty stores, especially ones bought at hardware stores. Customer service was good.
