tried several bathtubs in the past and this is by far one of the best. I don't think even the bathtubs in the hotels I stayed in during my travels have anything close to this. Well, maybe they do but probably in the suites which are too expensive for my budget. Anyhow, I love this. All the features work well and has shown no problem ever since was installed. The installation was not even that difficult according to my contractor. So yes, expensive even at the sale price but I can assure you that money well spent.
