looks good, but be prepared to wait	March 22, 2021

I instantly liked the design and the color when I first saw it, so was an easy decision to order. It drove me nuts it took 6 days to get it, but now it’s installed and running perfectly. I saw some other nice ORB bathroom fixtures here, so I will probably buy from them again

Wasn't into buying this at first, it looked rather weird or awkward to me. But then, I wanted a waterfall faucet, and wife wanted this. So there you go. After having it installed, it still looked bit awkward, but was just happy to have a waterfall faucet. After some time though, starting to like how the faucet looks - modern, contemporary, and completely unique. I have yet to see a neighbor or a friends' house that sports this same kind of faucet.

Beware ridiculous "restocking" fee	September 19, 2019

A 15% restocking fee based on the amount of the order is ridiculous. No other similar vendor dealt with have anything similar. Product itself appeared to be fine although was returned for color.

Kind like the design of this faucet, and the design coupled with the finish looks pretty nice, for me at least. I don't have any problem with this faucet, and everything works just as expected. Perhaps the only thing I could complain about is the shipping, which was kind of slow. We had to wait a full week after the agreed delivery date before this came to our house.
